Do you have minimum volume commitments to access products?
No. Unlike other providers, we do not require that brokers meet any sales targets. We accept all sizes of brokerages, and don't require any minimum volumes to access our suite of products.
Can I access fair value assessments and product governance packs?
Yes, all documents are accessible via our bespoke Communic8 portal, which you'll get access to on sign up.
What are the office opening hours?
Our usual office hours are Monday – Friday between 9:00a.m. – 5:00p.m, excluding bank holidays. If you call after these hours, your call will be diverted to a new claims reporting and emergency helpline which is available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
